My name is Piotr Bemben and I come from a small town in the Podkarpacie region. I attended an art school and then began my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, where in the meantime I started working in a professional tattoo studio. I went through various stages of my career that led me to where I am today — a small, intimate studio in Kraków called “W Ciemny Las.” I mainly create large compositions, although I also do smaller tattoos, which in my case can mean, for example, the inner side of the forearm. My work revolves around themes of dark fauna and flora, fantasy, mythology, and fairy tales.
